Princeton Meadows Commercial Water Damage Brings Sewage As Part of the Cleanup

When a commercial water damage incident happened in the bathroom of Princeton Meadows office building, a large amount of water mixed with solid waste wound up on the tile floor. The contaminated nature of this type of loss requires careful handling and disposal, including the use of personal protective equipment and respirators to avoid aspirating the water vapor droplets that may occur during cleanup. No seepage occurred until the tile floor, however, the baseboards needed removal during the extraction and drying process.  This type of water loss often needs stout odor control measures along with disinfection to ensure the bathroom gets restored to sanitary standards for reuse.
